With the trend of barn doors used in modern homes, Menard’s worked with WILD to produce an in-house offering to compete with name brands. WILD’s team of designers and engineers crafted the Forge-branded components (gears, rails, pulls, etc.), and then went the extra mile to also design and provide the packaging and in-store signage. Forge®️ remains a key product line for Menards and its customers seeking to add sliding doors to their homes.

WILD’s inventory management program — rooted in lean manufacturing principles — streamlined operations for Andis by implementing a Just in Time (JIT) inventory system. By strategically facilitating direct delivery to the production line, the program significantly boosted efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and cost-effective production.
KB Sourcing
WILD sources and supplies lighting, plumbing, hardware, window treatments, flooring, cabinets, and countertops for our clients. We specialize in volume-related direct import products and comprehensive category packages, both internationally and domestically sourced, prioritizing the best cost for our clients. Our expert logistics and fulfillment team handles everything from unloading and palletizing containers to securing storage in our insured and bonded warehouse.
